From the Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc varieties, the harmony of the aromas of tropical fruits, lime, and mineral notes, combined with the toasted notes of the barrel, produce a fresh, long, and elegant wine, with lingering acidity.

Vinification

Reserve White

After manual bunch selection, the grapes were pressed after destemming. The must went carefully through static decantation and fermented at controlled temperature (12- 16º) in French oak barrels. After fermentation, it aged for six months on the fine lees resulting from fermentation.
