QUINTA DO PARAL
Superior Red
Aromas of ripe wild berries and black and purple plums, integrated with the notes of the barrel in which it aged, in a blend of complexity and subtlety. Tannins are round, integrated, and well-structured with an elegant, fresh, long-lasting finish.
Vinification
Superior Red
After the manual selection of whole bunches, the destemmed grapes ferment in a press with mechanical treading at controlled temperature (24-28º), followed by malolactic fermentation. It ages for 9 months in French and American oak barrels.
